xpro connects to your X account to find ideas, draft posts, and schedule the ones you approve. This page lists exactly what the service stores, why, and how to get it removed.
What xpro stores
- Your account: email address, display name, a password hash (never the password itself), plan, timezone, and sign-in timestamps.
- Your X connection: the X access tokens issued when you authorize xpro. They are encrypted at rest and are only decrypted to call the X API on your behalf.
- Your work: drafts, scheduled posts, publishing history, and the metrics xpro reads back for the accounts you watch.
- Operational logs: basic request and error records used to keep the service running and to debug failures.
- A session cookie: set when you sign in so the server knows who you are. It is not used for advertising.
How it is used
Stored data is used only to run the features you asked for: signing you in, drafting and publishing your posts, showing metrics, and keeping the service secure. Drafts you send to an AI feature (writing, classification, or research) are passed to the configured AI provider to generate that result.
What xpro does not do
xpro does not sell your data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not post to X without your instruction. Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service โ the hosting provider, the database, X's API, and the AI provider used for drafting โ or when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
Data stays while your account is active. Ask the site owner and your account, drafts, scheduled posts, stored tokens, and metrics are deleted; you can also revoke xpro's access from your X account settings at any time, which stops all future API calls immediately.
Your choices
You can update your name, timezone, and password from the settings page, disconnect X from the same page, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting the site owner.
